The Arizona five (5) day notice to quit is a document that a landlord will deliver to their tenant to provide them with a warning that, if the balance owed is not paid within five (5) days, they will be required to quit the premises of the property they’re renting. The balance may include interest or fees accrued due to the late payment of the owed rent. The form can be submitted via certified mail, regular first class mail, or it can be hand-delivered.

When is it due? – Rent is due on the date agreed upon by both parties as relayed in the rental agreement (§ 33-1314(d)).
