Arizona Five (5) Day Notice to Quit | Non-Payment of Rent
According to Statute 33-1371 (Acceptance of partial payments) a property owner may issue the five (5) day notice to quit if the tenant has not paid rent. The tenant has up to five (5) days to pay all the rent that is owed to the landlord along with any penalties/fees in order to stay in compliance with the lease agreement.
The landlord has the option of submitting the form via:
- Certified mail
- Regular first class mail
- Hand delivered
