Louisiana Month-to-Month Lease Agreement
The Louisiana month to month agreement, or Tenancy at Will, allows for a rental contract to be formed between a landlord and tenant that has no end date and may be cancelled within ten (10) days by either party (Law – Art. 2728. Notice of termination; timing). The landlord must still follow all Landlord-Tenant laws and therefore is advised to take precaution with every potential lessee with the rental application.
