The three (3) day North Dakota notice to quit is a form that is served upon a tenant that is currently behind in their rent. The document gives the tenant(s) the period (three (3) days), to either gather the funds and pay the landlord or leave the property. The tenant should keep in mind that if they do not leave the property that they will be held liable for the monies owed to the landlord. Furthermore, if the tenant does not leave the premises they will be subject to a formal eviction.
