Pennsylvania Sublease Agreement Template
The Pennsylvania sublease agreement allows a tenant (sublessor) to rent all or a portion of their rented space to another individual (subtenant), with permission from the landlord. The parties agree to terms and conditions set forth in the agreement, which state that the subtenant assumes all responsibility in regard to the condition and payment of rent for the property, as mentioned in the original lease agreement. However, the sublessor will be held liable if the subtenant decides to vacate the premises without warning. If both parties agree to the arrangement, the document can be signed and the sublessor and sublessee are bound thereto.
