The tenant will typically have to give the following details to the property owner/manager:

- Term of Lease
- Pets: Yes or No, If Yes, Information about them.
- Applicant(s) Name, Telephone, Address (Including Previous), Social Security Number (SSN), and Email Address.
- Monthly Income
- Application Fee (if applicable)
The applicant will have to sign the bottom of the document attesting that they waive their rights in order to have their credit checked and agree to pay the non-refundable fee (if any).
Section 340-18-19 – The landlord is encouraged to charge a security deposit to the tenant as further insurance for any nonpayment or damage that is left on the premises. The landlord may only charge a maximum of the equivalent of one (1) month’s rent.
