Tennessee Standard Residential Lease Agreement
The standard residential lease agreement is required for any property owner/manager and tenant seeking to make a contract that allows the use of property for living in exchange for monthly rent. The terms of the agreement will also cover other areas such as the use of common property (if in an apartment complex), utilities, parking, pets, and any monthly fees associated with the premises. Once signed by both lessor and lessee, the document becomes legally binding.
