Texas Rental Application
The Texas rental application is a document mainly used for the verification of individual(s) before a landlord authorizes a lease agreement. After the potential tenant fills-in the form, the lessor will check and see if the applicant’s credit, employment, and background fit the requirements for a legally binding arrangement.
After the verification process is complete the landlord will make their decision whether or not to accept the individual(s) on the premises. Although, even if the person(s) become(s) a threat financially to the lessor, they may be able to ask for a higher than usual Security Deposit seeing as there is no cap in the State on how much a landlord may charge.
