Wisconsin Month-to-Month Lease Agreement
The Wisconsin month to month lease agreement is a document written for a landlord and tenant seeking a type of tenancy arrangement that allows either party to void or change the terms of the contract with at least twenty-eight (28) days notice (704.19). The form requires the property owner and lessee to remain following all residential State laws (Chapter 704) even though it may be deemed a short-term lease.
