Wyoming Rental Application
The Wyoming rental application may be used for landlords seeking to verify the employment, background, and any references provided such as previous rental history. The landlord will usually require that the monthly rent is no more than one-third of the applicant’s take home pay. Otherwise the chance for late or non-payment becomes high risk. If the individual comes back as a “high-risk” renter due to their credit score or any other variable the landlord may request for a high security deposit of two or three months worth of rent.
