The Pennsylvania ten (10) day notice to quit is a form that notifies a tenant that they breached their rental agreement and have ten (10) days to remedy the situation. This notice is served in circumstances where the tenant has failed to pay rent or a portion thereof. If the tenant has not paid their rent in full before the notice period is up, they must remove themselves from the premises. Failure to do that could result in the landlord commencing an eviction process, which will ultimately involve the judicial court.

When is Rent due? – No specific statute; the 1st of the month is a common rental payment due date.
